NOA is here to answer calls for help. The agency is committed to helping its callers no matter where they may be calling from. We recognize that domestic violence affects people of every gender, race, age, and background.  Men, women, and teenagers call the crisis line as victims, abusers, family members and friends.

Each crisis call is handled with every effort to provide full assistance to the caller. Staff is available 24-hour a day, 365 days a year to answer calls for help with information, safety planning and crisis intervention counseling.
