In 2011, NOA served 1,354 people.

• 112 people (63 women and 49 children) were sheltered from violence.
• 3,551 crisis calls were answered from victims in crisis.
• 481 victims met with a legal advocate resulting in 134 Temporary Protective Orders. 5 victims were helped in obtaining a divorce.
• 84 families were provided with emergency financial assistance.
• 241 victims received individual counseling and support group sessions to deal with emotional and traumatic issues relating to violence.
• 128 children received services to overcome the horrors of growing up in violence.
• 3,157 students were educated in the dangers and prevalence of teen dating violence and bullying through the school violence prevention program.
• 2,782 hours of service were donated to NOA by volunteers.
